Vegan Gluten Free Chocolate Glazed Pecan Toffee Bars

Crust
1 cup Coconut Flour
½ cup Fruit Sweet
½ cup Melted Coconut Oil
1 tsp Vanilla
- Mix crust ingredients together until combined.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Rub a 9” pie dish with coconut oil.
- Pat the prepared crust into the pan and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Bake the crust for 13-15 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
- Set crust aside to cool
Filling
1 ¾ cup Chopped Pecans
1/3 cup Coconut Oil
½ cup Fruit Sweet
¼ cup Honey
1 tbsp Almond Milk
1/8 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
- Toast pecans in the oven until golden (5-8 minutes), stirring after 2-4 minutes to prevent burning.
- Combine all ingredients except vanilla in a sauce pan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring frequently.
- Boil for 5 minutes and remove from the heat.
- Add vanilla.
- Spread the mixture over the prepared crust and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool until warm.
