Vegan Gluten Free Chocolate Glazed Pecan Toffee Bars

A delicious vegan and gluten free treat perfect for an everyday treat or holidays.

Crust
1 cup Coconut Flour
½ cup Fruit Sweet
½ cup Melted Coconut Oil
1 tsp Vanilla

  • Mix crust ingredients together until combined.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Rub a 9” pie dish with coconut oil.
  • Pat the prepared crust into the pan and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • Bake the crust for 13-15 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
  • Set crust aside to cool

Filling
1 ¾ cup Chopped Pecans
1/3 cup Coconut Oil
½ cup Fruit Sweet
¼ cup Honey
1 tbsp Almond Milk
1/8 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla

  • Toast pecans in the oven until golden (5-8 minutes), stirring after 2-4 minutes to prevent burning.
  • Combine all ingredients except vanilla in a sauce pan.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring frequently.
  • Boil for 5 minutes and remove from the heat.
  • Add vanilla.
  • Spread the mixture over the prepared crust and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool until warm.
