Vegan Strawberries and Cream Popsicle
Hi everyone! I’m so excited to take over the Wax Orchards blog posts! Up until now, I’ve worked behind the scenes with Wax Orchards and I’ve been involved in the business since my family purchased it in 2017. Recently, I started a brand new adventure by leaving the beautiful Pacific Northwest and attending a university in Arizona. Year round, it’s hot and arid here so to me, it feels like perpetual summer. Despite the impending rainstorms and cool autumn weather back home, I’m still basking in the sun! To relish the last vestiges of the Pacific Northwest summer and welcome an Arizona fall, these strawberries and cream popsicles were the perfect treat! Dairy free, refined sugar-free treats, the popsicles only have THREE ingredients. Easy, cold, sweet, and vegan, there has never been a more perfect summer’s end confection!

- 1 can Coconut Cream
- 1 Pint Fresh Strawberries
- ⅓ cup Fruit Sweet
- Combine can of coconut cream, strawberries, and Fruit Sweet in a blender until well mixed.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds. If using wooden popsicle sticks, allow the popsicles to firm up in the freezer for approximately 30 mins and then add sticks. Allow to fully firm up overnight. Enjoy!
